Inner Game

                                       Inner Game

              Goals - Hope - Possibility - Action - Results

Reality is not a bad thing. We have to know where we are so we can design the appropriate strategy for getting to where we want to be. The challenge is our attitude around “reality” and being “realistic” and what being realistic has cost us. Often that’s our passion and joy, our hopes and dreams. You are tested daily. It’s often not easy, but this intention has helped me maintain composure, sanity, and a sense of humor.

Four Intentional Steps:

1. Get clear about something you want and write it down.

2. Share your intention with someone in a way that will supportively hold you accountable to taking action.

3. Do something today to demonstrate your commitment to your intention.

4. Acknowledge that you did what you said you would and then, take the next step.

By setting an intention, you make it clear to yourself and others, just what you plan to do. Set an intention to redefine what it means to be serious about your dreams.

Have you ever gotten all worked up about something only to find that your perceptions were totally wrong? Often, perception stop us from reality. Go out with support group but hang out with friends and family. Do not make pick up your life. Go out with someone that is better than you. When I was a kid, that’s how I played basketball. Set realistic expectations for yourself. view the positive side in things. learn how to laugh. Caffeine produces stress. Use visualization.

I never really understood what Inner Game was. It is clear to me now. Before you can have someone like or love you, you have to love yourself. If you are not confident or if you are depressed, you need to work on yourself first. Inner game is mental state. Inner game is physical health, social health, Intellectual health, emotional health, spiritual health, environmental health. Holistic=whole all around. A muscle man who doesn’t have a social life may be depressed.

You shouldn’t have a difficult time manifesting what you want. Worrying about moving in the wrong direction and making wrong choices should be the last thing in your mind. If you feel like you don’t belong in this world, you have to work on your inner game.

Creating Life experiences and giving form to your desires and thoughts. You should feel grounded and connected to a life purpose. Your path and direction to do what you love should feel open and clear. Opportunities and people will show up along the way to encourage and support you. Your desires turn into a reality and you are confident in manifesting a loving, abundant, supportive life for yourself. You are confident that you are making a difference in the world as you move forward in doing what you love. What you shouldn’t feel is ungrounded and confused about your life path and the direction you want to move forward on. You shouldn’t feel blocked and question your choices and lack confidence in your decisions. Even after applying your best efforts, you shouldn’t struggle with manifesting and feel like everybody else gets what they want and you never get what you want. Don’t attract people who doubt your abilities and question you, which just adds to your frustration and keeps you from moving forward in life.

You are in the state where you love your career and get rewarded for being so good at it. Everybody envies you for your uncanny ability to make, save and invest money. You always have more than enough money to go on holiday and buy what you want, without feeling guilty afterwards. You always feel wanted and loved by

your friends and family, and you feel good about yourself when you look in the mirror, both physically and emotionally. Don’t tend to get stuck in an unfulfilling and unrewarding career. You will never seem to have enough money, which leaves you worried and in debt. Spending money will be a harrowing experience for you, as you doubt your ability to budget effectively. Exercise if you suffer from weight or body issues, which leave you feeling unworthy and uncomfortable in your own skin.

You should see sex in a positive light, as a glorious, pleasurable and healthy activity. You sh9uld enjoy passionate, frequent and long-lasting sex with your partner. Orgasms are mind-blowing, and you and your partner should often orgasm at the same moment. You should make time to have sex at least a few times a week, even if you’ve been married or attached to the same person for years. You should always be able to attract the right partners; compatible people who nourish you, fill you with joy and make you a better person. Get rid of images of guilt and pain in your mind when you think about sex. You shouldn’t rarely have the time or inclination to have sex. Clear your head if you and your partner rarely orgasm at the same time, and premature or delayed ejaculation is a frequent problem. See yourself as ‘sexy’, and tell yourself that everyone desires you. Your partners are always right and compatible with you, they are all “the one”.

You are admired for your confidence and healthy self-esteem, both in your career and personal life. You’re never afraid to speak your mind, and you empower those around you to do the same. Your family, colleagues and community see you as a charismatic individual, determined to use your charisma and power for making the world a better place. You never struggle with self-esteem issues, and feelings of unworthiness. You never question yourself when faced with important decisions like whether to move to another city, change your career, get married to your partner or to have children. You never feel like a victim in the world, and rarely feel powerless to circumstances and other people’s desires. Frequent stomach pains and stomach anxiety are rare to you. You enjoy comfortable, loving and empathic relationships at home, at work and in your community. You get along with your family. Your friends see you as a reliable person. At work, you’re known as the one people can talk to. You feel a heartfelt sense of gratitude for how wonderful your life is, and feel compassion for all around you.

You never sabotage your relationships with distrust, anger, and with a sense that you’ll lose your independence if you rely too much on others. You are committed and never experience frequent fights or misunderstandings with your loved ones, and never keep yourself “on guard” in case you get hurt by someone. You are good at voicing out your thoughts, ideas and emotions to those around you. You’re admired for your willpower and strong communication skills, and your conviction to speak the truth, even if it may be uncomfortable to some. Your career and personal life are enriched as a result. You rarely feel like nobody cares about your opinions, and that you have nothing of value to say. You’re not likely to be known as the ‘quiet one’ in your professional and social circles, and never settle with following other people’s opinions. At no time you suffer from a blocked and sore throat. You are able to make accurate intuitive decisions and evaluations about your career, your family and the intentions of other people. You often know things without knowing exactly how you know them, and you have a clear sense of direction and clarity in everything that you do. You have a vivid picture of where your life is headed, and the people around you are likely to rely on you for guidance and advice. You feel helpless or lost when faced with decisions and judgment calls under no circumstances. You are decisive, committed and confident with the decisions you end up making, because you have a history of making the right ones. You feel spiritually grounded, and your true purpose is clear to you. You don’t get headaches and never feel tension in your brow area.

You perpetually feel connected to a higher power, be it God, Universal Consciousness or simply your higher self. As you go through your daily life, you are always reminded that you are being watched over, and you feel immense gratitude for the universal love and appreciation you feel towards yourself and others. Others describe you as “glowing”. You never feel alone. You feel worthy of spiritual help, and perhaps even glad that your higher power has never abandoned you.

Let me tell you something, people say that once you learn how to ride a bicycle, you never forget. That is half true. I used to do what a bicycle cop does. It is no joke. It was my first time on a bike since my early teens. It is like learning to riding a bike all over again. You never forget but it takes some elbow grease to get it going again. Game has always been inside me. I just needed to bring my best self out. Everyone wants to know the secret overnight. They want the magical pill or antidote that will turn them into Casanova overnight. Truth is, it takes toughing up your skin by getting “rejected,” having good and bad nights, becoming social, dusting yourself off, and repeating that process the next night. Self amusement is the golden nugget. The secret is to have fun. If you are not having fun, you are doing it wrong.

Happiness comes from within. We spend way too much of our lives looking for outside validation and approval that eludes us. Turns out, it’s been an inside job all along. Go inward. Be grateful for everything. The good, the bad, the ugly. Our entire life is a precious gift. The pleasure, the pain, it’s all part of our path. Subtle shifts in perception will transform your entire life. When feeling fearful, angry, hurt, simply choose to see a situation differently. In being true to yourself, you can’t possibly make everybody else happy. Still, it’s better to risk being disliked for living your truth than to be loved for what you are pretending to be. The world is our mirror. What we love in others is a reflection of what we love about ourselves. What upsets us about others is a strong indication of what we need to look at more closely within ourselves. Everybody comes into our life for a reason. It is up to us to be open to the lesson they are meant to teach. The more someone rubs us the wrong way, the greater the lesson.

Take notes. Trust. In troubled times, just know that the Universe has your back and everything is going to be alright. If you’re not there yet, trust in hindsight you will understand. Your higher good is being supported, always. Never take things personally. What others do is a reflection of what’s going on in their own life and probably has little or nothing to do with you. A walk in nature cures a lot. Taking in some fresh air and the beautiful landscape of this earth is amazingly head-clearing, grounding, and mood-lifting. Bonus: You can learn a whole lot about life in your observation of the awesomeness which is nature. Hurt people hurt people. Love them anyway. Although, it’s totally okay to love them from a distance. You have to feel it to heal it. Bring your fears and weaknesses front and center and shine a blazing spotlight on them because the only way out is through. The hurt of facing the truth is SO worth it in the long run, I swear. Perfectionism is an illusion. A painful one at that. Ease up. Strive for excellence, sure, but allow yourself room to make mistakes and permission to be happy regardless of outcome. Take the blinders off. Don’t become so laser-focused on your own goals and desires that you miss out on the beauty in life and the people around you. The world is stunningly beautiful when you walk around with eyes wide open. Celebrate the journey. It’s not all about the destination. Savor all of your successes, even the small ones. Forgiveness is not so much about the other person. It’s about you and for you so that you can gain the peace and freedom you deserve. Forgive quickly and often. We are all incredibly intuitive. When we learn to become still and listen, we can tap into some pretty amazing primal wisdom. Listen to the quiet whisper of your heart. It knows the way. Let your soul shine! Be authentic. There is nobody else on this earth just like you. Step into your truth wholeheartedly and live and breathe your purpose. We are powerful creators. Seriously, bad-asses. With intention, focus, and persistence; anything is possible. Know this: I am full of light. You are full of light. We are all full of light. Some cast shadows on their own brightness. Be a beacon of light to others and show them the way. Don’t take life too seriously! Nobody gets out alive anyway. Smile. Be goofy. Take chances. Have fun. Surround yourself with people who love and support you. And, love and support them right back! Life is too short for anything less. Learn the delicate dance. Have big beautiful dreams and vision. Chase them with much passion. But, also hold on to them all ever so lightly. Be flexible and willing to flow as life comes at you.

Giving is the secret to receiving. Share your wisdom, your love, your talents. Share freely and be amazed at how much beauty in life flows back to you. On that note, be careful not to give too much. If you empty out your own cup completely, you will have nothing left to give. Balance is key. Say “YES!” to everything that lights you up. Say “no”, unapologetically, to anything that doesn’t excite you or you don’t have the bandwidth for. Time is one of our most precious resources that we can never get back. Manage it wisely. Sometimes we outgrow friendships. It doesn’t mean they’re bad or you’re bad. It just means you’re on different paths. Hold them in your heart, but when they start to hurt or hold you back, it’s time to give space or let go. Fear is often a very good indicator of what we really want and need in our life. Let it be your compass and enjoy the exciting adventure it leads you on. Overcoming your fears is one of the most empowering things you can ever do for yourself. You’ll prove to yourself you can truly accomplish anything! Major self-confidence booster. Our bodies are our vehicle to our dreams. Treat them with love and fuel them with the best health to feel vibrant and energized. But, never obsess over image. Looks are subjective and will fade in time. Feeling good, healthy, and comfortable in our own skin is what matters most. Let those that you love know it often and enthusiastically. You can never say it or show it too much. Your time, total presence, love, and genuine concern for their wellness is the greatest gift of all. The present moment is where it’s at. It’s the only one promised to any of us. Learn from your past & enjoy the beautiful memories, but don’t cling or let them haunt you. And, dream big and be excited about the future, but don’t become obsessed. Love this moment, always. Life is full of highs and lows. We need them both to grow to our fullest potential. Just hang on tight and enjoy the ride. We are all connected as one human family. Nobody is better or worse than anyone else; just at different stages of our journeys and dealing with life the best way we know how. Recognize that the other person is you. Practice daily gratitude for all the blessings in your life, large and small. Not only is this a high vibe practice that feels amazing, in practicing regularly you are creating space for even more abundance of joy, love, health, and prosperity.

We are not the center of the universe, although our ego can make us feel that way at times. Step outside of that way of thinking and see the world and other people’s perspective in a whole new beautiful light. The world needs more love, light, and laughter. Go be love. You are the guru. For much of our lives, we have been told what do, how to think, what looks good, what “success” is. You don’t have to buy into any of it. Feel free to peel back the layers. Think for yourself. Break the mold. When you stop doing what everybody else wants you to do and start following your own intuition, you will be ridiculously happy. In looking back at your own life, realize that every high and low is all part of your amazing story. Own it! Take cues and guidance from the universe and you will continue to go on an incredible ride as you fully step into your truth and power. Age is just a number, but the higher it gets, the more wisdom and life experience we’ve amassed. You are never going to be younger than you are in this present moment again. So embrace it, love it, and enjoy it fully! Here’s to many more beautiful years of seeking-truth, questioning all that does not sit right, and making your greatest impact in the world! Learn, grow, transform, share and expand.
